Common questions
Does QwikPlot cost a buyer anything to use?
No. As a buyer you pay only the fees the operator sets for the land itself, such as the booking fee, the deposit and the balance. The platform you use to manage all of it is free to you.
How do I know a parcel is genuinely available?
The map shows each parcel’s status in real time. The moment someone books a parcel it locks to them and leaves everyone else’s map, so a parcel that shows as available genuinely is.
What happens to my money when I pay?
Your payment is processed by Stripe or Paynow and recorded against your purchase the instant it clears. The funds belong to the operator selling the land, and you receive a receipt and an up-to-date statement for every payment you make.
Does a clearance letter mean I own the land?
It means you have met every obligation on the parcel, which is the step that lets transfer proceed. Registered title itself comes through the conveyancing process and the official registry, and QwikPlot is built to work alongside that.
Can I buy from outside the country?
Yes. You can study a parcel on the map and pay by card from anywhere in the world, and a great deal of the platform is built specifically for people buying back home from abroad.
Can I sell my development on QwikPlot?
Yes. If you are an estate, brokerage or developer, you can onboard your company and we will survey your parcels onto the map, usually within days of talking. The onboarding page walks through how it works.
