The hardest part of buying land here has never been finding it. It has been trusting that the parcel is really yours, that your payments are really recorded, and that the documents you are handed are really worth something. QwikPlot is built so that each of those rests on a record rather than on anyone’s word, and the points below are how that protection actually works.

What stands behind your purchase

One parcel, one buyer
When your booking fee clears, the parcel is locked to you and disappears from everyone else’s map. The same piece of land cannot be reserved or sold to two people, because there is only one record of it and that record now carries your name. The double allocation, the oldest fraud in land, has nowhere to happen.

Every payment recorded and receipted
Every payment you make runs through the platform and is recorded against your purchase the instant it clears. You get a receipt for each one and a statement of account that keeps itself current, so there is never a payment you made and cannot prove.

Your card details never reach us
Payments are handled by Stripe and Paynow, the same processors used by banks and large retailers. Your card and mobile-money details are taken by them directly and are never stored on our servers.

Your Agreement of Sale, your receipts and statements and your clearance letter are all generated by the platform and held in one trail you can open whenever you like. Nothing depends on someone finding the right piece of paper in the right drawer.

A clearance letter confirms you have met your obligations, and from there the parcel moves toward its registered title.
